The Fellowship Family Plan allows me to offer both to all of the families of Fellowship Academy. This special promotion, specifically designed for you, allows you to save on your annual membership - equivalent to one free month every year - and to support Fellowship. For each new member who joins through the Fellowship Family Plan, Hometown Health will make a donation equal to your savings! So, sign yourself up and you save $150, and Fellowship gets $150. When you sign up your family, you save $450, and $450 will be donated to Fellowship.
